About the Sessions
The Migrant Orientation Sessions will be held on the 5th of October, 2024 both in Wellington and Christchurch.

Due to the immediate need we have identified within the Filipino migrant communities in Aotearoa New Zealand, both sessions will have a special focus on employment which includes information sharing about migrant rights and benefits. There will also be a segment focused on ensuring you have a presentable CV that will catch the attention of potential employers.

The session in Wellington will be held at the Collective Community Hub in Johnsonville.

The session in Christchurch will be hosted at the Multicultural Recreation & Community Centre on Hagley Avenue. The Christchurch session is organised in partnership with Businessph NZ.​
