Buwan ng Wika Online Forum '24
Kick-off the Buwan ng Wika celebrations with Banyuhay Aotearoa by joining an hour-long online forum on the 1st of August, 2024 from 12pm to 1pm.

The lively discussion will centre around the topic of Filipino Language Appreciation in Philippine Migrant Communities. We'll be joined by esteemed guests Manolo Quezon III, Jade-Ceres Muñoz, and Jan Macdonald.

Jan will share her thoughts and experiences about raising bilingual children as a Filipino migrant.

Filipino-Kiwi Hero Awardee for Civic Engagement, Founder of Batang Pinoy NZ and The Filipino Children's Library
Jade will speak about her experience in bringing the Filipino community together through Batang Pinoy NZ and the Filipino Children's Library.
Manolo Quezon III
Award-winning Writer & Author, Executive Director for Museo del Galeón, Columnist for Inquirer
Manolo will talk about how it was like growing up in the Quezon household, and what the month of August means to him and his family.
